Is a face cream and hand lotion containing hydroquinone safe to use everyday?

That is a good ?: There is controversy over use of hydroquinones. I believe they are safe, but i recommend they be used four-6 months on and then a break taken for a month. There is no great data to support need for break so it's more habit. HQ is found in nature and products we use regularly as well, so yes I believe in the right conditions it is a great medicine
