Explain abc allergies please and advise on preventing them?

Preventing?: No sure way but current thoughts include: (a) exposure to a variety of pets especially dogs in early life. Live in a farm. (b)Introduce table foods between age 4-6 months and not later. (c)avoid antibiotics unless truly indicated in early childhood (d) choose non-allergic parents given a choice :)) There is evidence that these measures may reduce but not eliminate the risk for allergic diseases.
