Monogamy: If two virgins have sex, they will not have STD's. Monogamy is safest, however, pregnancy is still a possibility. Please consider contraception if you do not want to become pregnant. Condoms to protect from STD's.

Theory vs reality: STD's, by definition, are infections passed to others during sex. In theory, you could not get an STD from someone who has never had sex. In reality, you can only be sure of one person's sexual history: your own. To protect yourself from STD's you will need to practice safe sex.
