Think Chlamydia: Chlamydia. tests are notoriously false negative. If you have symptoms suggestive of this STD, you should be treated, regardless of the result and follow up for any further treatment or testing. Make sure the partner gets treated as well!

Symptoms?: It would be helpful to know what your symptoms are. You've been checked for the usual culprits in NSU, namely GC and chlamydia. Trichomonas and mycoplasma genitalium are also possible. Also, you may have prostatitis or epididymitis rather than NSU. See your doctor for a thorough exam including the prostate.
