Is there anything that can interacte with the depoveria injection that can cause pregnancy ??

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Certain medications may increase the metabolism or decrease the serum concentration of progestins and alternate contraception should be used. Medications such as reyataz (atazanavir) (an hiv medication), aprepitant (for chemoteraphy induce nausea) and others may do this. Fortunately, most of the common medicatuions do not do this. Also, pregnancy may occur with any method of contraception (failure rate).
