Twitching sensation feels like throbbing every body. Comes and goes. Is it MS or ALS ?

Twitching: Your symptoms do not sound like MS or ALS. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water, eating a well balanced diet with 3 meals per day, and getting enough sleep every night. If your symptoms continue, you need to see you physician. Good luck.

Yes: Either condition can cause these symptoms but there are also many less serious medical conditions that can cause them.
