Eat right: ecercise drink plenty of water get enough sleep. See your doctor and make sure all is well. Make sure you are not anemic. Or have any thyroid issues. Once clear. Slow steady progress will get you back on track

See doctor: First you need to see your doctor for general exam and some blood tests to make sure that you do not have anemia, low thyroid etc. If all this is normal then the next step would be to work on your diet, exercise and mood. I recommend doing exercise like walking, biking or swimming 30 minutes daily, also a diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables is helpful. Lowering stress can help too.
