Symptom complex: There are such a variety of different infections out there, and God made each of us differently - so each case of illness is really individualized. How a patient feels each symptom, how their body is 'fighting' the infection etc. I think what you're asking are the symptoms of acute HIV infection - which unfortunately can go 'unrecognized' about half of the time. Good to get checked if in any doubt
