More info needed: This is nondiagnostic without examining the area in question. The lump could be in the skin or arise from a bone in the clavicle or shoulder joint. See your Physician for an examination. The burst vessel could be from trauma or be due to a fragile small vein or capillary which leaked. A hematoma May have formed to cause the lump also.
