Not: A lot of us have stress in our lives before we realize we are pregnant. While stress does release cortisone, the "stress hormone", there is almost no harm that can come to your pregnancy right now due to stress. Make sure you take some folic acid, by itself or in form of multi or prenatal vitamin. And get exercise and rest, that should help you with stress. See a therapist too, if that helps
