Unlikely: Opiod dependent pregnant women should be treated, this is the standard of care. If you are in a program then CPS should not be notified. Pregnant women are usually terated with Methadone or Buprenorphine. The combination of Buprenorphine and Naloxone is not recommened during pregnancy due to the uncertainty of the effect of Naloxone in pregnancy.
