Here are some ...: If being correct as described, you got STD-related urethritis with extension to epididymis/testis, which requires urgent use of appropriate antibiotics. So see Doc ASAP for timely Rx & counseled for future care. Meanwhile, steroid cream use isn't related with epididymis-orchits.
