There are other crea: Promiseb costs over$100!!!!! Insurance often will not cover or require a huge co-pay. But you can wash with zinc pyrethium or selenium sulfide (Head and Shoulders etc.). Best in shower, wash scalp, face, chest. Rub in OTC azole cream costing about $5: miconazole, clotrimazole, ketoconazole. Rub in OTC hydrocortisone cream. Can combine 1 from each group. There are also prescriptions which are cheap
