Possibly.: However, there are many other things that can cause pain in the LUQ. Stomach dysmotility (also called gastroparesis), gastritis, and inflammation of the pancreas are just a couple of the possible issues. It may also be a musculoskeletal problem as it is worse with movement. This needs to be evaluated further with blood work and diagnostic imaging if it continues or worsens.
