Musculoskeletal?: If it increases or impedes motion such as turning or twisting, chances are it is probably musculoskeletal pain. Sometimes overdoing activity or effects of, for example, being rear-ended aren't noticed until the day afterwards. That being said, if the pain increases, if you have shortness of breath, fever, nausea or vomiting, sweating or any other worrisome symptoms, to urgent care or ER now.
