Unclear: It is unclear from your question what is going on here. If you had a vaginal ultrasound then lubrication is applied to the probe and can cause some discharge. You can ask your doctor what is meant by a "shadow." That is not a clear term that I can clarify. It is a good sign that a heart beat was seen.
