I wouldn't worry: Too much. Finasteride is well tolerated with side effects of erectile issues and decreased libido. These tend to be reversible with stopping the medication; though there are rare reports of more prolonged sexual issues even after stopping the meds. Remember, just like the adverse effects being reversible, so are the gains/effects on hair loss too.
