Talk to your doctor: While Vitex may help support progesterone, it is not proven to be enough to help to maintain pregnancy in women with insufficient levels of progesterone causing early pregnancy loss. You should talk to your doctor about more sustained progesterone treatment, if this was a factor for your miscarriage.
