Viral infection: Even in the absence of a fever you could be developing a viral infection. Those symptoms are chills, sweats, body aches, fatigue. Sometimes associated with upper respiratory symptoms (cough, runny nose) or GI symptoms (nausea, diarrhea). Lots of rest and fluids.
