Spinal Stenosis: It is certainly possible that the pressure of a full bladder is irritating some of the lower nerves in your spine and relieved only after urinating.In addition the diagnosis of spinal stenosis can cause axial or midline spine pain.The connection w/breathing is not so clear. Thus you should see a Spine Specialist for ongoing evaluation, PT and consideration of other treatments that may be indicated
