I get numb legs and feet rarely when i stand up they're numb and i fall. i get dizzy when i stand up etc. what could this be how do i relieve pain?

Dizziness/ numbness: Seek medical attention-doctor/urgent care this week. Could be reflux, gastritis, dehydration, or more serious issues like severe anxiety, diabetes, thyroid , autoimmune disease, cardiac issues(mitral valve), nutritional issues(B12 deficiency), multiple sclerosis.

See your physician: Lightheadedness after standing up can be due to orthostatic hypotension if your resting BP is too low or you're dehydrated. It can also occur due to bradycardia, or slowing of the heart rate (HR). You could also have some vasovagal component.
