Ovulation or cyst: Depending in how long your cycle is and how long you bleed, this could be ovulatory pain or it could be an ovarian cyst / cyst rupture. If you have a 21 day cycle and 7 days of bleeding, then ovulation would occur on cycle day 7 which corresponds to the end of bleeding. If you cycles are longer though (23-35 days), then it would more likely be a cyst. If the pain persists, see your ObGyn.
