hi.. can you please tell me how long augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) antibiotic stay in your system after the last does? when is it safe to drink alcohol after last dose??

Out in 1-2 days: Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) does not stay in the body for more than 24-48 hours. There is no serious interaction with alcohol after 2-3 days of stopping use of this antibiotic.

Not recommended: It is generally not recommended to drink alcoholic beverages while on antibiotics. Best to finish the full course befoe drinking alcohol.
