Not normal: A normal menstrual cycle counted from the first day of one period tothe first day of the next varies a bit. Cycles can be between 21 to 35 days with 28 days considered "average". Flow may last 2 to 7 days. If you are having periods every 2 weeks that would not be considered normal. See your provider to evaluate this issue.
