Skin lesion: Hi, I'm afraid that could be an abscess and you would need Antibiotics treatment, no way to know for sure unless a doctor evaluates the lesion properly, I suggest that you see an MD ASAP. Meanwhile you can take Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin.
