What could cause someone to shake or have a tremor shortly after consuming an alcoholic beverage?

See a neurologist: Tremors are not normal and are not related to drinking alcohol unless chronic alcholism. The most common reason for tremors is stage 2 Lyme Disease, esp in a 30 yo.
