Multiple things: I would like to know if you are having any other symptoms. Pleurisy(irritation of the inner chest cavity) which is caused by a virus can be a cause. Costochondritis or Tietzie Disease (irritation of the cartilage between the ribs and the sternum(breastbone) may be another cause. You need to see your doctor to be evaluated.
