Remember : That in general doses with an antidepressant need to be higher when treating anxiety than when treating someone with depression alone. Also ssri's are top shelf treatment eg lexapro, (escitalopram) Zoloft, Prozac). Benzos like Ativan, Valium are never helpful especially when given as needed (addiction issues). Though clonazepam is good in short run rice daily. Also Tenex (modulates noradrenalin) Take care.
