Symptoms can include excessive thirst, frequent urination (most noticeable at night), fatigue, blurred vision, occasionally weight loss. Sometimes the abrupt presentation with diabetes is triggered by serious illness. If you think you may have diabetes, see your doc. It's easy to test for. Healthy diet, regular exercise!
