Depends on what eat: Alot depends on what you eat. For example, cows milk products empty very slowly from the stomach. If you are lactose intolerant, it could contribute to bloating. Pain medicines can also delay stomach emptying and lead to bloating. Review your medicines and the foods you eat with your physician to try to come to a better understanding of what foods to alleviate your symptoms
