Bowel bacteria: For one, stomach bloating can come from the gases the bacteria in your bowel create. This may be specially when your "good" and "not so good" bowel bacteria are not in balance. If you have too many, the more gas they will produce. You might look for a good probiotic to help normalize this gut bacteria balance. Also, there may be certain foods you don't tolerate well; those can cause gas also.
