Here are some ...: From reviewing numerous records of PTSD patients over the years, I have noticed Prazosin has been used to help effectively control PTSD-related symptoms. So, if there is not particular reason, stick with Prozosin, although both are in the same group as alpha-blockers for dilating smooth muscles of vessels, bladder neck, prostate urethra, vasa deferens, distal ureters... Talk with Doc for detail.
