Not follicle: The follicle is a cyst that contains an egg.At ovulation it ruptures and the follicle cyst no longer exists.Another type of cyst called a corpus luteum develops at that site and produces the progesterone that gets the uterine lining ready for implantation of the embryo if the egg is fertilized.What you are measuring after ovulation is not the same cyst as before.Hope this helps.Yes u may conceive
