Fatigue: Heavy period could be the cause of anemia in teenage girl- however other causes also have to be ruled out. Usually presented with fatigue, lack of energy, pallor, sometime also with shortness of breath and dizziness, poor concerntration, sleepy etc. Go to see your pediatrician and have further evaluation. Craving of something unusual also can happen- such as- ice cubes, baking soda etc.
