Not likely: if a black spot has been on your ear for a few years it's probably scar tissue or related to pigment changes from past infections or scratching it. it's probably not infection so I don't think you have to worry about it spreading into your bloodstream. If the spot gets larger or starts changing color then you should see your doctor to remove it or at least examine it
