Scoliosis : Scoliosis is a curvature of the spine. The best initial treatments include physical therapy, chiropractic care, and pain management. Bracing can be helpful. It is important to be followed by a spine surgeon who specializes in deformity surgery. If the curve becomes too pronounced or if there is intractable pain then surgery to straighten the spine is indicated over nonoperative treatments.

See a specialist : I would not hesitate to see an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in scoliosis to specifically diagnose the cause of your pain and discuss treatment options, many of which are certainly non-surgical.
