I have a bump in the middle on the roof of my mouth. For thelast 4 days, i noticed it was sore and had a little red cut or sore on it. Is it serious? Could it be torus palatinus?

Mouthwash?: After you cut your mouth, did you use a lot of mouthwash r toothpaste, or other liquids to gargle or rinse? If so you may have a reaction to that product. Stop it and if no better in a day, see dentist to find out what's going on.
