Stay on medication: There is no effective mechanism to reduce the auto-antibodies or alter the course of the increase of these antibodies. Please stay on your treatment of replacement medication.

Not treatable: Hi. There is no treatment to reduce thyroid autoantibodies. They cause no harm, but only serve as a marker for the autoimmune process directed at the thyroid. The antibodies themselves don't hurt the thyroid.
