IUD: IUDs are about 97% effective, which means 3% of women get pregnant with an intact IUD. Also, IUDs should be used in women with long term monogamous partners, so hopefully you mean partner and not partners. So, about a 3% chance of getting pregnant based on what you are doing.

No: If I understand your question - No. IUDs such as Mirena, (levonorgestrel) and Paragard are contraceptives designed to prevent pregnancy. They are designed to prevent pregnancy when your partner ejaculates inside you. While they will prevent pregnancy, IUDs will not prevent sexually transmitted diseases.
