No sleep and i am supposed to be doing a run today should i not do it?

Sleep?WhoNeeds It...: No! Do it! You've got all that pent-up energy. Go give it your best. You'll sleep well afterwards (unless, I guess, you come in dead last). You're young. You won't have this kind of energy forever. But be careful, mindful of what you're doing because sleep deprivation can take you a bit off your edge. Be sure to hydrate before and after and enjoy the day (before you crash).
