Negative Preg Test: With a neg Preg test, which are very sensitive, you most likely are not pregnant at this time. Pregnancy is the most common reason for a missed cycle, but there are other causes for a missed period. Having an anovulatory cycle (you do not release an egg) is another cause, etc. Check another test and if you miss your next cycle, than you need to get an evaluation for other causes. Best wishes.
