Foot pain: Without an exam, it is tough to say what is causing your pains and "shocks." Take an ibuprofen (if no allergies to it) and call a foot Dr (podiatrist) for an evaluation to properly diagnose what is causing your pains so the best treatment can occur, best wishes to you.
