No: Fibromyalgia is widespread pain meaning pain on both sides of the body above and below the waist including the spine. Pain in just the ribs is not fibromyalgia.

No: Fibromyalgia causes muscle pain in multiple muscle groups, not an isolated chest wall (rib) pain. You should go see your health care provider.
