In general a PNV: is the only thing you should be taking. If you are a competitive athlete, pregnancy is generally inconsistent with highest athletic performance. Lifting weights, high impact exercise are generally not recommended, as the likelihood of pregnancy loss and hemorrhage is increasd. You can show the products to your OB, but typically you are ill advised to attempt extreme athletic feats during pregnancy
