To be sure: Typically, any postpartum woman who is exclusively breastfeeding and her baby is less than 6 months old AND is totally amenorrheic (not having a period) is pretty much guaranteed to be protected against pregnancy; however, the slight spotting would raise my suspicion a bit for possible unintended and definitely unexpected pregnancy (although its rare, it CAN happen). Take a test to be sure.....
