Should go away soon: These could just be hyper allergic response to lice. After lice treatment, these should fade away in a week or so. If not, let your doctor examine it for a better assessment.

Yes, that can occur: Blue spots may show on the skin where the pubic lice have been feeding. Nits (eggs) may be noted on the pubic hairs.
