"sure": Air travel, or really any mode of travel, can be uniquely stressful (as well as exciting!). Change in diet, being tired, stressed, or jet lagged can all effect your mood. Discuss strategies of mood elevation, stress reduction, and/or meditation with your health care provider before you fly.

Yes: Fatigue, stress, dehydration, and jet lag can all affect your mood. In pressurized airplanes, oxygen and pressure do not play much of a role.
