Possibly arthritis: There are several possibilities and thus it would be wise to see a Rheumatologist for a complete evaluation (history and physical). They can do blood work to see if this is an inflammatory process in the joint like a type of arthritis vs. an autoimmune or inflammatory process. Likewise people can develop tendonitis or muscle spasm that mimic joint pain. PT, OT, heat, topicals etc may be in order.
