Immediately...: Wash all your clothes and bedding immediately. Try to apply the cream during a period where you don't come in contact with your bedding while the medication starts working. If by next week after treatment you are still having symptoms then you will have to wash everything on hot water all over again. Wash your clothes after removing the cream.
