Depends: I don't know why you were prescribed antibiotics, but often the symptoms don't clear right away. If you are having fever, or other symptoms like chills, weakness, vomiting or diarrhea, then don't hesitate to let your doctor know. If only mild symptoms, then allow about 24 hours more. Hope that helps.
